Sales & Booking Policy

1. General Agreement

By using this website and engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern Perodua Hoon Tian Motor's relationship with you.

2. Booking & Vehicle Allocation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle stock availability from Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd.
• A booking is only considered official once the required deposit is received and a booking form is generated.
• Vehicle allocation follows a "First Come, First Served" basis according to the official Perodua waiting list.

3. Loan Financing

• The approval of any hire purchase loan is at the sole discretion of the participating banks or financial institutions.
• Fred M and Hoon Tian Motor shall not be held responsible for any loan rejections.
• Customers are required to provide genuine and complete documentation as requested by the bank.

4. Refund Policy

• In the event of a loan rejection, the booking deposit will be refunded according to company procedure.
• Refund requests must be accompanied by an official rejection letter from the bank.
• Processing time for refunds may take between 14 to 30 working days.

5. Vehicle Pricing

Prices quoted on the website are estimated and subject to change by Perodua without prior notice. The final price will be based on the prevailing price at the time of vehicle registration.
